Fairy Floss Fantasy

Events By MUS was engaged by Alykat Creative Gallery & Studio to coordinate and manage five after hours events, in the gallery to coincide with the Fairy Floss Fantasy group exhibition. Alykat also requested Events By Mus complete the visual merchandising and styling of the gallery to be in line with the whimsical theme of the exhibition.

These five ticketed events were held over three weekends at the Gallery where ticket holders were immersed in a wonderland of pink inspired artwork, popcorn and a signature cocktail on arrival, as well as a swag bag containing donated items from local businesses. Due to COVID restrictions each event had a maximum of 8 attendees, but this did not deter sales with 95% of tickets sold with the first week of being on sale. Even a lockdown could not keep the guests away from this experience, as the last 3 sessions were held after the most recent NSW lockdown, this did not see a downturn in attendance though with 100% attendee rate at these sessions.
